last weekend my cousin from my mother's side was married. the event took place at the bride's house in Kajang. i only manage to went for his solemnization. i couldn't attend the bride's reception on sunday coz my in law were coming. he has a twin sister. his twin will be getting married in April next year and they will have a reception together. some pictures from our family whatsapp group.

my uncle and his family set up a canopy for a some makan2 before all of us went to the bride's house.

Girls Day Out - finally complete!!!

last tuesday i took a halfday leave just to meet up with my girlfriends...this is the 6 people in my small schoolmate whatsapp group...selalu komplen rindu tapi tak pernah dapat jumpa complete 6 orang...most of us duduk area lembah klang lagi except sorg tuh duk banting...sorg tgh mc lutut retak (tapi dah nak baik) and sorang tinggal seminggu jer lagi maternity leave...we made plan to meet at nu sentral jer...senang for everybody including me who took the lrt to come and go home... 

terjumpa kat toilet, wajib wefie kat cermin besar...

we ordered various foods to be shared...rice, pasta, ribs, appetizers semua ada...terasa macam zaman sekolah2 macam sepinggan sama2...

love this pic so much...19 years of friendship...we knew each other since high school but became classmates since form 4...bergaduh, merajuk, sentap, pujuk memujuk semua pernah ngan diorang nih...

mood sangat2 kelaut harini...gloomy jer...yesterday morning i attend a briefing about harmonization of benefit...senang citer briefing about revised employee benefit...sadly, those better revision do not apply to me...yang bersangkut paut pulak makin berkurangan...paling sedih annual leave dikurangkan 6 hari dari 26 jadi 20 hari jer...dahlaa ariana start standard 1 next year...baru je plan nak amik cuti 5 hari monitor dia kat sekolah...nak ajar pegi kantin, pegi toilet, pegi rumah transit...next year its all new for her...pasal annual leave jer dah banyak isu...boleh carry forward max 5 hari tapi kena habiskan by March...pastu wajib plak amik block leave which will take 5 days...for me block leave nih agak menyusahkan...coz each leave sangat berharga...kena simpan untuk anak3 kalau2 diorang tak sihat ker, babysitter ada hal tak dapat jaga ker...

other benefit revised is medical claim...now medical claim inclusive maternity...kalau dulu pegi inject kuatkan rahim pun tak boleh, apatah lagi nak claim bersalin...tapi jumlah entitlement tak bertambah pun...now boleh tapi dulu anak belum ada...or baru sorang so by hujung tahun claim pun tak habis...now anak dah 3, by October dah habis dah...siap negatif lagi...tak payah nak claim maternity pun dah tak cukup...bertambah anak, medical claim entitlement sama jer...ni macam nampak macam bertambah tapi nan hado...

another one is vacation...coz our company also owned few hotels in malaysia, so bolehla dapat percutian free setahun sekali...3d2n tapi tak boleh pegi peak season...so, sama jugaklaa...my husband cikgu, mana boleh sesuka hati amik cuti hari sekolah...nan hado jugaklaa...benefit spectacles pun boleh claim now but combine dengan dental...hahaha...adoi...malas fikir yang tuh coz i dun wear glasses...kesian jugak kat employee yang bukan executive...banyak jugak elaun2 yang dibatalkan...hmm...overtime pun bukan sesuka hati boleh claim...nilaa gula2 pahit...

2 of my fren who have completed their degree and master while working gelak jer when the management announce starting next year ada examination leave...dah habis belajar baru ada...they have been taking unpaid leave to attend their exams...and unpaid leave are not entitle for bonus yer...means their bonus akan minus those few days that they took for unpaid leave...dahlaa gaji takde, bonus pun kena prorate...

they said the reason cuti dikurangkan is because waktu kerja dipendekkan 15 minit...boleh eh camtuh...balik 6pm and 6.15pm tak banyak beza pun...i'd rather stay until 6.15 than having 6 days of my annual leave taken from me...i have been working here for more than 13 years...and sini memang takde golden handshake ke, long service awards ke apa...you suka, you stay...tak suka, boleh jalan...hmmm...with today condition, where companies buang pekerja, offer vss, memang takleh picky pilih keje...no matter how i feel, i still have a job that pays monthly...still have yearly bonus to look forward to...still manage to pay my debt, bills, still able to buy what my family needs, splurge once in a while...oklaa kan... 

Justberry Dessert House - review

Last weekend balik melaka...bawak my tokcik balik, amik udara kampung...saturday night adik2 cikgu ajak pegi Justbery Dessert House...they knew about it from fb...tgk iklan fb macam menarik jer so mohlerr kita...it is located at Kota Laksamana, kalau pakai waze, senang jer nak carik...the restaurant cantik, la2 industrial design...banyak batu simen, kayu and metal...kitorang sampai around 8pm, senang dapat tempat duduk...so, tengok menu mostly fancy ice shave or toast with ice cream...harga agak mahallaa but sebab nak try, orderlaa 4 mangkuk different flavour...order dekat cashier, nanti dia hantar kat meja kita...other menu for kids takde so i walk to the nearest pizza hut and bought a box of crisscut fries for the babies...takkan nak bagi makan aiskrim jer kan...dahlaa baru baik batuk...

and our review is...jeng jeng jeng...sekali jelaa kot makan sini...tak sedap, overpriced and overrated...yang gempak hanyalah presentation jer...even the menu pun agak confusing...

ni cikgu punya...nama dia durian craze ke apa tah...tak ingat...ada ice shaved, durian 2 biji, butir2 sagu, ice cream durian dan isi buah limau bali...kat menu takde description ingredients dia...so, bila jumpa isi limau tuh macam terkejutlaa sebab dia jadi pahit...memang kat menu ada tulis bitter tapi dia cuma tulis durian so kita assume it would be pahit2 manis durianlaa...ni fail lagi2 ice shave tuh tawar jer...kalau ABC or cendol ada gak curah ice tu ngan air gula kan...in fact semua menu yang ada ice shave rasa tawar...itu yang buat spoil...ice cream semua biasa jer...yang nih rm22 rasanya

ina punya...again, nama tak ingat tapi ada sea coconut...aku yang suggest sebab selalu makan kelapa laut masa bulan puasa sedap jer...skali dapat isi kelapa keras...macam kelapa tua...adalaa sikit2 yang lembut...rm15

ariana awal2 pilih nih sebab nampak chocolate so aku share je ngan dia...nama dia lavarich chocolate kot...banyak ingredients...antara yang aku kenalpasti, ada kacang tumbuk, icecream coklat, serbuk milo, chocolate syrup and biskut kecik2...again, fail sebab lepas habiskan icecream and kutip biskut2 tuh ice yang dah cair tuh still takde rasa apa...tawar...

ira punya...inilaa menu paling gah kat list tuh...ko nampak lesung batu bawah kulit tembikai tuh? haa...jangan main2 tau...but itu semua presentation ajer...where it was only ice shave tawar, isi2 tembikai yang dibulatkan and ice cream...tembikai rasa tembikailaa kan...yang nih harga dia rm25 kot...

total kena malam tuh rm90 which is so ridiculous bila dibandingkan dengan rasa dia...mesti ada yang cakap apsal dah tengok harga kat menu still nak proceed...ok, ni namanya nak try...and we're willing to pay the price but of cos in our mind dengan harga gitu, rasa dia patutnya marvellouslaa...range harga dah macam makan steak tapi tawar...nak kata sewa kedai mahal? come onlaa...i have been to an iceshave outlet kat dalam KLCC...dalam KLCC tau...ground floor sederet jellybunny...semangkuk tak sampai rm10 but every bite terasa flavornyer...and the ice very2 smooth and silky...dah takde dah kedai tuh...sobs...ni yang buat cikgu perli2 the next time i wanna try new things...adoi...takpelaa...anggap jelaa ni pengalaman...

terasa disayangi

last week i had a few surprises...my girls at my office belanja cake starbucks yang sudah diidam2kan...they tapau few slices and we had a small birthday celebration at klcc foodcourt...aina even get me a rehal for my birthday gift...nak match ngan quran yang bakal dapat (bila agaknya eh?) huhuhu...

aina cuba sorokkan double chin kakak kesayangan..hahaha

they bought red velvet, salted caramel and raspberry cheese...semua sedap sangat

nilaa rehalnyer...kiut jer rasa cam nak ngaji muqaddam balik...hehehe

thank you girls melayan kakak yang perangai kalah budak2 nih, nanti kita makan2 lagi k...love you all so much...

i also received 2 birthday presents via courier service from my sister and my bff all the way from kedah...awww...susah2 jer...

my ex-roomate at Uni years gave me this pandora inspired charm bracelet...suka sangattt...thank you kak pah!!!muah3...really hope our plan to meet this december menjadi...

i received this from my sister...this was not a surprise coz dia memang dah suruh pilih...nowadays suka printed scarves especially the satin ones...this one is from Dara by Fathia Latiff...nak beli duck macam mahal sangat...sayang duit...

i wore it yesterday when i meet her for a lunch birthdate at yuzu, klcc... 

dah request nak makan sushi coz cikgu tak layan, so memang kena carik geng...hehehe...thank you for d treat adik...

all this buat aku rasa terharu sangat...terasa disayangi...aku memang selalu perasan cam orang kurang kasih sayang...hahaha...masa kecik2 takde celebrate2 nih...usually 1 day before my birthday, adik will call abah and mak remind them to wish me and vice versa...i mean, how patheticlaa kan masa kekecik dulu mintak perhatian...huhuhu...so bila org bg perhatian lebih sikit macam happy rasa nak lompat2...haish...cikgu cakap dia pun kecik2 tak celebrate so its not a big deal bila dah besar nih...aku cakap dengan wife it should be his deal jugak...hahaha...ok, jom tunggu birthday present dari dia pulak (nak jugak!)
