School Holiday Trip : Kuantan

Assalamualaikum :)

last weekend we were at kuantan for school holiday trip lah kekdahnya...starting this year our company implement a few additional benefit and one of it is 2 nights stay at any Swiss Garden Hotel (except SG Melaka) for each staff..after going through all the hotels and reviews, we decided to go to Swiss Garden Resort Residence, not far from the old Swiss Garden Beach Resort..those who prefer beach should go to the latter ones..i choose this hotel becoz of these :

and its free entrance to the water park..not limited to any number..macam goldcoast melaka, 1 room cuma dapat 6 tiket to water park so the additional yang masuk pool kena bayar..pastu kena simpan wrist sticker tuh untuk next day..

trust me, pool macam nih pun dah cukup untuk bebudak..it is well maintained, bersih and fun with 2 types of slides..yang tak bawak baju mandi boleh sewa..float pun ada utk sewa..

Friday : bertolak dari rumah dalam 8.30am singgah mamaks for breakfast dulu then straight ke kuantan, my cousin's house..had lunch there and then we checked in to Skytree Hotel for 1 night..sajer pilih hotel yang dekat to her house sebab dah plan nak dinner sama2..well, SGRR pun takdelaa jauh sangat..within 20 minutes jer (baru tau bila dah sampai sana)

my only cousin yang duduk kuantan..my big family mostly memang di KL jer..cuma my mom's eldest sister and her 2 sons and their family kat Penang..ni Kak Long I, anak Mak Long penang kahwin orang kuantan and stayed here since then..anak dia 8 orang, Subhanallah..behave semuanya..makan sendiri pulak tuh..

see, semua behave baik sampai habis makan..inshaaAllah anak2 mommy pun macam nih yer..sementara nih mommy redha mikhail xduk diam, ariq duk celup tgn amik ais..huhuhu

Saturday : sebelum check out, kak long and her 6 kids singgah bilik..after check out we all went to parkson carik selipar bebudak..

all 9 kids including mine..dia dah biasa rileks jer jalan..aku nih kejap2 kira kepala..kejap2 panggil nama..masuk lif tak bagi tekan close door button dulu..kira kepala dulu..hahaha..kalutlaa aku nih

after that we parted ways, mencari lunch..mencari Lilawadi xjumpa..bagus gak sebab it only opens from 5pm onwards..so singgah Cendol Mustafa..before we came here, i google tempat2 makan and this cendol place is one of the must go but sadly indah khabar dari rupa..cendol cair xsedap..makanan pun xbanyak choice..makan ala kadar jelaa..balik hotel belasah megi goreng..

tadaa..studio type room..ada hall, kichenette, 1 room, 1 toilet, washing machine, 2 door fridge, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, iron and board, water hose and shower in the toilet, cuma awal2 dia dah bagitau no extra bed or babycot so sila bawak tilam sendiri..

buat macam rumah sendiri for 2 days yer..my colleague already checked in on friday..so, petang kita mandi pool and malam had dinner together at local's tomyam restaurant..

mikhail xconfident dengan float dia..nak naik adik punya..

Sunday : sending off Nurul yang dah nak balik KL..then we head to kuantan town JJCM..terjumpa another good review lunch spot, MABIQ..lauk2 kampung and paling best Paeh (pais) patin tempoyak bakar..my husband puji2 sedap..dia ikutkan xmakan tempoyak but this one is exceptional..baru nak parking kaklong kata dah ada depan hotel..alahai..memang ada invite dia n anak2 mandi pool situ but since dia senyap jer dari pagi ingatkan tak jadi..hahaha..but they said not to worry..they went to BlackStone medan selera tepi pantai not far from our hotel and had their lunch there..sampai kat pantai batu hitam we let the kids main kat pantai kutip cengkerang jap then semua balik hotel..

meriah keta ai..tukar baju then terus turun mandi..masa tuh pukul 1pm-ish memang panas tapi bebudak mana peduli kan..kejap2 kitorang duduk under shades n makan2..naik bilik after 4pm, memang bagi diorang main air puas2..our husbands duduk bilik layan movie..pool xde sapa so memang kitorang jer riuh rendah..senang nak monitor anak2..keta luar memang xleh masuk tau unless hotel guest but boleh parking kat shoplot tepi hotel, jalan kaki jer masuk..

the 2nd and 3rd kakak malu2 nak mandi..jadi guard adik2 kat tepi pool jer..

lepas mandi balik hotel siap2 nak keluar g ngeteh kat Lilawadi pulak..takleh tahan tgk review mango cheesecake dia..otw there bebudak semua tido pulak, maka ai sorang jelaa turun n tapau..tapau mcd jugak sebab lapar bila hujan petang tuh..

 

 

 

 

 

nanti kita jumpa lagi ye..yana tanya diorang nih siapa? i said these are their 2nd cousin..duapupu..pastu dia tanya bila kita nak jumpa kupu2 yana lagi? hahaha...adoiyai...

orang bandar seronok kutip cangkerang..my husband kata nanti leh start bela ikan balik...yeah, right!

malam tuh dah janji ngan my abah and his family nak dinner together..my sister yang dentist tuh baru 2 minggu dapat posting kat klinik pergigian kuantan..so, abah and aunty datang nak setelkan hal rumah sewa dia..had seafood at tanjong lumpur..kawan lama cikgu pun sempat datang jumpa kat sana..nearly 10 years tak jumpa..mengajar sekolah sama masa cikgu kat pahang dulu..

Monday : meeting my old friend during Uni years after check out sebelum balik KL..syikin bawak makan lauk2 kampung tepi jeti kat Padang Lalang..actually on saturday morning pun cikgu sempat jumpa another friend..Alhamdulillah selain dapat happykan anak3 memang pergi kuantan nih fully utilised our time meeting family, friends and carik makan..memang aku suka pilih tempat2 yang ada orang kami kenal..rasa nanti next year nak repeat sini lagilaa..

the great british circus and surprises

Assalamualaikum :)

This was on 15th October..macam biasalaa in the morning there were birthday wishes, no-cook day for me..pampered all day, no-house-work-and-dont-trouble-mommy day..well, sort of..so we plan to do something special for my birthday and cikgu booked tickets to watch the Great British Circus near our house..i have never watched any live circus in my life so i dont know what to expect..the tickets was quite pricy but hey, its a celebration so why not..

luckily we didnt bought the VIP seat as it was only 2 meters away from where we sat..the view would be almost the same..no animals in this circus just acrobatic performances but we enjoyed every bit of it..they perform twice a day for a month and i just cant imagine how they have the energy and keep smiling and dancing and jumping throughout the day..some was very adrenaline challenging..i was screaming few times..gayat tengok..dahlaa dia buat2 nak jatuh pulak dari tempat tinggi tuh..sorry, no pic as i realized i only recorded video of their performances..

nak tengok orang british, kita pakai baju londonlah apalagi..hehehe

we get back home nearly 11pm..on the way back dalam kereta ariq dah tertido..kesian menahan mata dari tadi..suddenly when the kids dah settle nak tido my husband aka cikgu keluarkan cake and nyanyi birthday song...alamak..ada jugak rupanya..hehehe..bila masa dia bawak balik ntah..padahal whole day i kat rumah..BR icecream cake..sorok dalam deepfreezer..hehehe

Alhamdulillah, dipanjangkan usia hingga ke 36 tahun dengan nikmat2 Allah yang tak terhingga..a family that i love very much..

then i got another surprise for our anniversary a month later..a bouquet of flowers and chocolate..hahahahaha..ok, i gelak besar sebab sebenarnya our anniversary was a day before..it was 10th year wedding anniversary and i only get a wish..i mean as usual cikgu tanya nak apa but brg2 i dah tak kisah sangat..i just want it to be speciallaa..come on..10 tahun kot kan..hahaha...biasalaa men kan, lagi2 my husband bukan jenis yang romantic unlike me..i nih memang hopeless romantic, kuat meleseh..totally opposite..haha..so that night sesi luahan rasa..i said nanti, ann ke 15 ke, 20 ke buatlaa something special..every woman suka flowers walaupun kadang2 rasa membazir but bukan setiap tahun pun nak..for certain special year jer..google jer yg buat delivery service..tup2 ada orang deliver kat ofis besoknyer..masa i pakai lawa2, mekap elok2 nan hado..time i selekeh kosser nak mekap ada pulak..hahaha..xtau nak cakap perasaan macamana..kelakar ada, segan ada, memang terkejutlaa..sebab i dah biasa dapat parcel usually documents from my clients so bila orang carik tuh ingatkan clients or one of my online shopping thing..hehe..berjaya jugak surprise walaupun a day late..last time i got a bouquet masa konvo tahun 2004 kot..lama giler..anyway, i really love it..12 red roses and a chocolate..thank you sayang..muahs5
