Alhamdulillah, dah 38 umur tahun nih...my birthday was on 15th October but dapat surprise sehari awal...masa balik keje, pening kepala so after maghrib, terus baring dalam bilik...tiba2 cikgu and the kids masuk bilik bawak kek nyanyi2...alaaa..mommy tgh tak semenggah nih...naklaa amik gambar elok2 buat kenangan...well, ni jelaa gambar yg ada...sbb tak terfikir nak bukak semua lampu, gambar pun malap jelaa...cikgu plak yang amikkan...dia bukan kisah pun gambar cantik ke tak...hahaha

anyway, tq sayang, tq anak3 for the surprise...

Birthday Atok dan Opah

Assalamualaikum :)

a week before our trip to ipoh, my maternal grandfather request to have his birthday celebration kat rumah opah secara potluck..terus cikgu suggest ayam goreng sambal..that morning celik je mata, cikgu pegipasar tani and bought 2 ekor ayam, breakfast and bahan2 untuk masak..i even ordered tauhu begedil n sagu gula melaka from my friend's sister..

Alhamdulillah diorang kata ayam sedap..even ariana yg tak makan pedas pun suka..buat bacaan doa selamat sikit lepas tuh cake cutting session..atok n opah malu2 nak bersuap..diorang pegi suap mulut sendiri pulak..hahaha

cicitnda semua berlenggeng kepanasan..tapi tetappp aktif melompat berlari

pakcik2 sebelah mak memang rugged2 rambutnya..artislaa katakan..most left tu pelukis..his drawings pernah menghiasi lobby2 hotel..rumah dia pun mcm art gallery..yg tgh tuh adik bongsu mak..as a partime he play bass guitar and perform weekly with his band at restaurants or sometimes events..yg most right tu bawah mak..he's a biker..weekend suka ride motor besar dia tuh buat tour merata malaysia with his wife..kdg sampai ke thailand dengan group bikers dia..

kat luar rumah pakcik2 kenduri durian dari nismilan..

lotsa food cooked with love..ada 2 jenis mee goreng, lasagna, cake, masak lemak ikan (atok xmakan ayam..petua sihat dan kuat katanya), sayur campur, kfc, buah..ada lg yang x ingat nih..

pakcik makcik duduk atas..lutut longgar kata deme..hehehe..my maternal grandparents asal perak so kalau berkumpul tuh bolehlaa dengar loghat2 perak..

initially i bought the red shirt for atok sebab memang atok kurus jer..rupanya tak muat..he has a broad shoulder..ex-army katakan..then coz i have threw the receipts and tag i cudnt change the size, so i just bought another shirt and the red shirt dapat kat cikgulaa..huhuhu..rezeki masing2 kan..

Happy Birthday Atok n Opah..semoga hari2 tua atok dan opah dipermudahkan, diberi kesihatan yang baik untuk beribadah..i laff you both!!

the great british circus and surprises

Assalamualaikum :)

This was on 15th October..macam biasalaa in the morning there were birthday wishes, no-cook day for me..pampered all day, no-house-work-and-dont-trouble-mommy day..well, sort of..so we plan to do something special for my birthday and cikgu booked tickets to watch the Great British Circus near our house..i have never watched any live circus in my life so i dont know what to expect..the tickets was quite pricy but hey, its a celebration so why not..

luckily we didnt bought the VIP seat as it was only 2 meters away from where we sat..the view would be almost the same..no animals in this circus just acrobatic performances but we enjoyed every bit of it..they perform twice a day for a month and i just cant imagine how they have the energy and keep smiling and dancing and jumping throughout the day..some was very adrenaline challenging..i was screaming few times..gayat tengok..dahlaa dia buat2 nak jatuh pulak dari tempat tinggi tuh..sorry, no pic as i realized i only recorded video of their performances..

nak tengok orang british, kita pakai baju londonlah apalagi..hehehe

we get back home nearly 11pm..on the way back dalam kereta ariq dah tertido..kesian menahan mata dari tadi..suddenly when the kids dah settle nak tido my husband aka cikgu keluarkan cake and nyanyi birthday song...alamak..ada jugak rupanya..hehehe..bila masa dia bawak balik ntah..padahal whole day i kat rumah..BR icecream cake..sorok dalam deepfreezer..hehehe

Alhamdulillah, dipanjangkan usia hingga ke 36 tahun dengan nikmat2 Allah yang tak terhingga..a family that i love very much..

then i got another surprise for our anniversary a month later..a bouquet of flowers and chocolate..hahahahaha..ok, i gelak besar sebab sebenarnya our anniversary was a day before..it was 10th year wedding anniversary and i only get a wish..i mean as usual cikgu tanya nak apa but brg2 i dah tak kisah sangat..i just want it to be speciallaa..come on..10 tahun kot kan..hahaha...biasalaa men kan, lagi2 my husband bukan jenis yang romantic unlike me..i nih memang hopeless romantic, kuat meleseh..totally opposite..haha..so that night sesi luahan rasa..i said nanti, ann ke 15 ke, 20 ke buatlaa something special..every woman suka flowers walaupun kadang2 rasa membazir but bukan setiap tahun pun nak..for certain special year jer..google jer yg buat delivery service..tup2 ada orang deliver kat ofis besoknyer..masa i pakai lawa2, mekap elok2 nan hado..time i selekeh kosser nak mekap ada pulak..hahaha..xtau nak cakap perasaan macamana..kelakar ada, segan ada, memang terkejutlaa..sebab i dah biasa dapat parcel usually documents from my clients so bila orang carik tuh ingatkan clients or one of my online shopping thing..hehe..berjaya jugak surprise walaupun a day late..last time i got a bouquet masa konvo tahun 2004 kot..lama giler..anyway, i really love it..12 red roses and a chocolate..thank you sayang..muahs5 

on anniversary, short vacay and anak3

haiii...lama tak pot pet sini...so many things happen in between my last post and tak tau nak mulakan cerita yang mana...buat point form jelaa eh, senang faham...

1. yesterday, mark our 18th couple-versary where my boyfriend-now-husband ask me to be his special...haha..next week baru wedding anniversary yang ke 10, Alhamdulillah..dah hampir lepas fasa ke 2 dalam perkahwinan menurut DMFK..mmg every year celebrate couple-versary lagi syiok maybe coz rasa lagi lama..masa couple2 dulu every 9th of the month wish..hahaha..gedik sangat aih..had lunch with him at penang village great eastern mall and then tapau our desserts at Alexis..memang memanggil2 pavlova dia tuh..dapppp..pastu dia hantar balik ofis..naik moto jer, leh peluk2..fefeeling dating kejap..kalau ada bebudak memang tak merasalaa..i dont know if you have read it here in my blog..in case malas nak carik balik, here's the link :

2. since our last holiday at Gold Coast Melaka, we didn't go anywhere else accept balik kampung..so i booked 2 nights stay at Swiss Garden Resorts Residence Sg. Karang, Kuantan this school holiday..starting this year, all staff are eligible for 2 nights at any hotel under Swiss Garden..rates limit are depends on jobgrade..dalam banyak2 hotel, this one looks fun for the kids..tepi laut and ada mini slide at the pool..plus, i have a cousin there yang dah bertahun2 tak jumpa..might as well take this opportunity to meet her..

the kids are so excited that we went to decathlon at USJ to find their swimsuit and new float as the old ones macam mudah kempis..tak bocor but getah yang sumbat tuh macam dah keras n tak tight..

3. its been a few months since i started wearing glasses..but i usually wear them masa driving..mata dah mula blur2 tak nampak signboard..sajer pick this pink purple frame nak bagi nampak ala2 kpop sket..hahaha..

4. now that mikhail dah tak takut pegi barber, we had his hair cut kat sana jer..kalau dulu my husband yg potong sendiri guna gunting coz dia takut machine tuh..now dia dah ok..lagi senang sebab barber kat bawah rumah jer so bebila boleh pegi...

see, mikhail is a big boy now

terbalik pulak dengan ariq...1st time pegi tak nangis..2nd time pegi boleh nangis pulak..sudahnya senget2 rambut dia..kena tunggu panjang sikit baru boleh trim..rambut dahlaa halus jer unlike mikhail rambut lebat..

celebrate ariana's 4th birthday

this was waaayyyy back in end January...i have been pending this post merely because i dun have the full pictures...ours still in the DSLR not transfered (pfftt), and my sisters' just gave me these...well, might as well make use of what i have...its for our memories by the way...

so, after princess sofia theme birthday party tak jadi, i planned to treat my family to some nice restaurant...my mom keep mentioning about her fren's restaurant at troika...i've never been there but whenever my mom brought back something, it surely is delicious...

so pergilah kami lepas maghrib...a tip to park there, park opposite the roadside and walk across instead of park at the basement...its free and you can still see your car :)

we ordered few types of main course and each of us taste each other food...mine was spagetti olio with scallops...tak pedas tapi sedap!! ariana jer makan setengah pinggan...the boys ordered rice with chicken cooked in tumeric sauce...macam masak lemak cili api but without the cili api...and the girls mostly ordered pasta...so sory i dun have the pic of the food, blame cikgu for that...

my little family decide to wear pink/purple as part of the theme...my mom forced us wear something presentable...hahaha...macam nak mengadap menteri pulak...no slippers, no roundneck Tshirts, skali bila sampai sana ada jer yang pakai shorts and sleeveless...siap bersila atas kerusi lagi...hmmm...

mak kata dia nak belanja...weehooo...ramai tuh...kawan fatin n kak hos pun join...aku nak share skali mak tanak pulak...well, the specialties kat ABC Grill nih actually is the desserts...tryla pavlova dia...and their creampuff...melting in your mouth i tell you...but because fatin already bought ariana a birthday cake (princess sofia birthday cake, of course!) so we didn't ordered the dessert much altho its on the house...

thank you to my adik2 for making time to celebrate ariana's birthday and especially thank you to my mom for treat us to ABC Grill...here are some of the pic that i have...
