impromptu trip to Lost World of Tambun

Assalamualaikum :)

last CNY leave was a looong weekend for us in the office..starting from friday 1st February our Federal Territory Day sambung sampai CNY..monday before CNY was a compulsory leave for everyone as all bosses was not around so no point stay in the office bak kata bosslah..so zass terus book hotel kat area Tambun, Ipoh..memang dah lama nak pergi but never had the time..adhoc plan selalu menjadi kan..

kami bertolak sabtu pagi, lenggang2 kangkung jer singgah breakfast dulu, pastu pukul 10am baru betul2 masuk highway..pukul 1.30pm macam tuh sampai ipoh dah..sebelum tuh dah list down tempat2 makan..berpusing2 jugak carik sebab ada yang tutup..sudahnya singgah Greentown DimSum..ramai orang..tapi serving time taklaa lambat sangat..oklaa

tengokla reaction cikgu tu..over tau..dia perli kita suka amik gambar sebenarnya..susah nak bergambar betul2 dgn dia nih..

kita posing elok je kan..tapi kalau senget pun dia takkan betulkan..hahaha

dah plan nak pegi birthday party anak kwn cikgu pukul 3pm, but since dah sampai ipoh pukul 2 and semua pun lapar, singgah greentown dimsum makan ringan2 buat lapik perut dulu..mujur bukak sebab initially nak pegi kedai lain yg famous jugak tapi tutup due to CNY event..

ikutkan tekak cikgu, dia tak brape suka cuba benda2 baru so i ordered 4 type dimsum yang tak brape pelik..salted egg custard tu sedap..and a plate of wantan mee..masinlaa pulak mee tu..

after attending the birthday party, we checked in to our hotel and rest..smart hotel jer jadilaa untuk rehat dan tido..selesa jugaklaa with 2 queen bed, free wifi and decent size bathroom..cuma xde tingkap so rasa terkepung sikitlaa..that night makan kat KFC jer senang and then pegi GIANT kejap cari selipar utk yana..boleh plak lupa bawak..round2 area tambun tengok lampu warna warni..x banyak gambar sebab xde orang nak layan..kita pun jadi segan..

next day breakfast lightly in our room, we planned to JJCM and enter LWoT after zohor..taknak masuk awal sebab we bought ticket sampai malam..pusing punya pusing at last lunch dekat Restoran Simpang Tiga..1 of the recommended jugak..makanan padang..aku memang suka masakan mcm nih..xbrape minat masakan minang sebab kering..masakan padang lebih berkuah2, ala2 gulai, masak lemak kuning camtu..kitorang amik sambal udang, telur sotong masak lemak, kubis goreng n ikan keli goreng..nasi 5 pinggan..air sirap n laici semua skali dalam rm80++..puas hati sebab sedap..sampai gambar makanan pun xde..sempat suruh budak2 amik gambar kat depan restoran jer..

dah kenyang, jomlaa masuk tambun..panaih lit lit..

we started off with a few rides..

and petting zoo

the petting zoo is huge..i feel like in an actual zoo..penat jugak jalan2

there's these huge fan all around..cuaca panas sangat..this fan get rid of the hot air..

we spent too much time in the petting zoo, only around asar baru nak pegi mandi manda..baru tau yang rides untuk water park ends at 6pm..nak sewa float pun xberbaloi..we let the kids main air puas2 at the wave pool..gambar2 takde dah as we keep all our belongings at the safe box..6pm++ mcm tu we bought our dinner siap2 coz by 7pm all heavy food stall will be closed..tinggal snacks jer..food inside the park oklaa..not too pricey..we bought nasi ayam and burger and fries and nuggets semua skali dlm rm30++..lepas makan ariq tertido dengan swimsuit..the 2 kids still mandi manda sampai maghrib..ramai jugak yang baru masuk..they came for the hot spring at night..kitorang dah tukar baju, malas dah nak basah2 lagi..

we're just waiting for the fire show at 9pm..the show lasted about 1 hour..it was entertaining, the MC was funny..we took some pictures and then balik hotel..bilas the kids again then off to bed..penat boleh tahan..next morning lepas subuh sambung tido sampai 10am..huhuhu

the next day after checkout, jalan2 sekitar ipoh JJCM again..we tried the ais kepal yang viral sangat tuh..so-so jelaa..lunch kali nih makan kat Nelly's cafe..recommended by a friend..bolehlaa..cucur dia sedap..then we go to the Upside Down House before head home..itu nanti another post..Alhamdulillah 4pm bertolak balik and before 6pm dah sampai rumah..spent the remaining 2 days holiday doing laundry and lazing around the house..
