Assalamualaikum :)

mood sangat2 kelaut harini...gloomy jer...yesterday morning i attend a briefing about harmonization of benefit...senang citer briefing about revised employee benefit...sadly, those better revision do not apply to me...yang bersangkut paut pulak makin berkurangan...paling sedih annual leave dikurangkan 6 hari dari 26 jadi 20 hari jer...dahlaa ariana start standard 1 next year...baru je plan nak amik cuti 5 hari monitor dia kat sekolah...nak ajar pegi kantin, pegi toilet, pegi rumah transit...next year its all new for her...pasal annual leave jer dah banyak isu...boleh carry forward max 5 hari tapi kena habiskan by March...pastu wajib plak amik block leave which will take 5 days...for me block leave nih agak menyusahkan...coz each leave sangat berharga...kena simpan untuk anak3 kalau2 diorang tak sihat ker, babysitter ada hal tak dapat jaga ker...

other benefit revised is medical claim...now medical claim inclusive maternity...kalau dulu pegi inject kuatkan rahim pun tak boleh, apatah lagi nak claim bersalin...tapi jumlah entitlement tak bertambah pun...now boleh tapi dulu anak belum ada...or baru sorang so by hujung tahun claim pun tak habis...now anak dah 3, by October dah habis dah...siap negatif lagi...tak payah nak claim maternity pun dah tak cukup...bertambah anak, medical claim entitlement sama jer...ni macam nampak macam bertambah tapi nan hado...

another one is vacation...coz our company also owned few hotels in malaysia, so bolehla dapat percutian free setahun sekali...3d2n tapi tak boleh pegi peak season...so, sama jugaklaa...my husband cikgu, mana boleh sesuka hati amik cuti hari sekolah...nan hado jugaklaa...benefit spectacles pun boleh claim now but combine dengan dental...hahaha...adoi...malas fikir yang tuh coz i dun wear glasses...kesian jugak kat employee yang bukan executive...banyak jugak elaun2 yang dibatalkan...hmm...overtime pun bukan sesuka hati boleh claim...nilaa gula2 pahit...

2 of my fren who have completed their degree and master while working gelak jer when the management announce starting next year ada examination leave...dah habis belajar baru ada...they have been taking unpaid leave to attend their exams...and unpaid leave are not entitle for bonus yer...means their bonus akan minus those few days that they took for unpaid leave...dahlaa gaji takde, bonus pun kena prorate...

they said the reason cuti dikurangkan is because waktu kerja dipendekkan 15 minit...boleh eh camtuh...balik 6pm and 6.15pm tak banyak beza pun...i'd rather stay until 6.15 than having 6 days of my annual leave taken from me...i have been working here for more than 13 years...and sini memang takde golden handshake ke, long service awards ke apa...you suka, you stay...tak suka, boleh jalan...hmmm...with today condition, where companies buang pekerja, offer vss, memang takleh picky pilih keje...no matter how i feel, i still have a job that pays monthly...still have yearly bonus to look forward to...still manage to pay my debt, bills, still able to buy what my family needs, splurge once in a while...oklaa kan...
