nak anak cepat jalan?

my children nampak gayanya memang lambat berjalan. ariana only started walking bertatih at 15mo. meniarap after 4 mo. merangkak tak ingat pulak (kena refer entry lama). since ariana, my relative (not my immidiate family) mostly suggested that we use walker. and she was compared to my other relatives yg dah mula menapak. now its mikhail's turn. he only started to turn over at 5mo. and just a week ago started crawling n climbing. lambat kan? and i guess he might follow his sister and started walking after 1yo. its a slow progress but im still proud of him anyway (i believe all parents do proud of their own children). kebetulan pulak my cousin also had a baby boy 2 weeks after me. dengan putihnya (pfftt!), debab, suka makan, dah mula memanjat at 7mo (double pfftt!) but i still insist on NOT using walker simply becoz :

1. my house is small. celah mana dia nak bergerak plak?

2. i've seen my cousin n sil (ini cikgu ceritalah) yang jalan berjingkit at their 1st 2 years becoz of walker usage. n they have been said that their legs are a bit weak sebab dah biasa tergantung kan. ok, bukan semua tapi ini from MY family ok.

3. rumah bbsitter ada slight step so risau roda tersadung ke hapa.

4. every baby is unique and they would have their own development phase. lambat atau cepat, akhirnya berjalan jugak. i have a friend that only started to walk at 3yo. n elok je dia sekarang. his mother thought he was handicapped but turned out to be normal just like any of us.

5. i've asked my aunty (their bs) if she need a walker to ease her work and she said no need *jimat duit.fuhh!!*

6. and i found this in a  book i bought the other day.

it just confirmed my point. anyway, im not judging people who uses walker for their children. no offense ye. *jangan ada yang attack aku sudah lepas nih* it really not the same situation for every parents. kalau parents tuh banyak masa or ada org nak mengekor anak kat belakang takpela. tapi kalau yang sibuk, nak memasak, mengemas, doing laundry while watching their babies and their house is suitable for walker, why not? lagipun walker nowadays macam2 jenis. adjustable heights and some can be demobilize or have jumping options. kids nowadays huh?! like what my aunty said, budak pakai walker ni cepat berjalan n lebih hygenic coz crawling babies tend to found small pieces of rubbish n put it in their mouth or simply lick off the floor. i know that coz mikhail pun memang macam tuh. looks like i just have to clean the house more often then.

bulan lepas giliran aku dapat duit kutu...bukan duit jual kutu ye. in case zaman moden nih ada yang tak tau (aku pun 1st time main, nak cakap orang plak) takdelah banyak. main suka2 je dpt gak menyimpan kan...nak dijadikan cerita dompet aku yang dah memang uzur tuh boleh rosak plak. buckle yang tutup dompet tuh patah...hmmm...macam tau2 je yer...so, pegila klcc nak carik dompet...dah usha kat charles n keith, berkenan but nak try usha kat vincci plak. oh, itula pun barang paling branded standard aku. tak kuasa nak bazir2 duit beli designer purse/bag. baik habis kat makan. muahaha. so jumpala purse yg murah sikit dr c&k tadi...tgh pilih2, jumpa plak yg ala2 corak sama cuma material lain sket. 50% off tuuu...apalagi terus amik, bayar. puas hati walaupun terbayang purse c&k tadi...takpe...kita pegi makan nanti bayangan tu hilangla...hehehe

anyway, sampai je ofis, mulala operasi memunggah purse lama...korek setiap poket, zip...memang penuhla barang. macam2 ada. dari kalendar to ayat2 suci to gambar2 lama, resit, atm kad, credit card, matawang asing, skali eh...macam kenal daa....

what chu want

Assalamualaikum...happy friday uolls...tomorrow already saturday, weeehoooo....

a mother at home on holiday means we could do the housechores, cook for the family and more time to golek2 with the kids. ahhhh...anyway, i wanna share with you something about myself. i need advise. not a major problem though. just a minor one. hehe...

i have been using my samsung s2 almost a year now. my husband also convert from his old hp to an asus padphone almost the same time with me. my fil was a Telekom staff and he get 3 postpaid line with minimum monthly fee of RM3. he just have to pay the usage charges. so cikgu get 1 line. i on the other hand are using prepaid service. ya ya laugh out loud all that you want but i personally think that it is my only way to control my phone bill after a bad history with postpaid (lets not talk about that in detail, shall we? :P) i'm a talker not a texter. with my chubby fingers and very low tahap kesabaran to spill the beans, i just cant wait for the other party to reply my text! although we use updated hp, we both never register for any data plan.call us lame but we thought that it is unnecessary since we have p1 wifi at home, portable p1 broadband on d go to connect with his laptop and i have internet connection at the office. its just restrict us to be connected with people while we're outside of these area.

but technology (and online games) are so tempting that when i arrive home, the 1st thing i'd do is on the wifi and waited impatiently for all the notifications to come in. then i would check one by one then scroll my timeline in facebook, instagram. i have twitter but with the pace im going, its just irrelevant to even use it. hey, people twit as fast as they could. if im ever to twit only at home, cerita pun dah basi. hehehe. there's whatsapp to read/reply and then there's keek. alaa...nak jugakkkk!!! and that would take about half hour before i do anything else. sampai cikgu soundla suruh amik jelaa data plan. at least i could check all those notifications. kat rumah tak fokus katanya...(tapi saya kedekut taknak spend duit on unnecessary things.better use internet that he provide at home and office provide at the office. yes, im cheapskate laidat!)

so now i was considering to register for a data plan but i sayang my phone number (alasan orang kedekut). i have checked with Maxis but they said according to my ic no, i still owe them RM200++. adoii...mana pulak datangnya nih. the last time i used maxis postpaid is more than 10 years ago. i remember paying all the arrears and close the account. or might be somebody used my ic to register a phoneline. pffttt. my colleague suggested i buy the internet service via prepaid. there are several options for the limit and cost. the most worth plan would be RM68/month for 3GB. but i also heard better data plan from DIGI. or was it Celcom? but that means i have to pay the RM200++ and change my no right? anybody know the difference tak? or i might just take my colleague suggestions and go with the prepaid internet data plan. but my budget for my communication plan is only RM100/month. including calls and sms. cukup ke? so korang guna apa eh?

Mikhail is a baby yang sangat senang nak tarik perhatian dia. bukak kartun especially oscar oasis, haa lekala dia tengok...bolehla kalau nak tinggalkan dalam 10-15 minit...rancangan kartun pun bukannya lama sangat kan...kalau cranky tuh pasang kartun oscar, sumbat puting, bagi bantal peluk, diam...

 on iphone ke i pad ke or on tv...mana2 pun takpe

 tukar baju pun boleh khusyuk lagi. padahal dia paling tak suka masuk kepala kat baju

 tengah menyusu paling tension. kena mutekan tv barula boleh menyusu dia. kalau tak, asyik menoleh jer kejenyer. kalau tengah letdown tuh, habis basah baju. hmmm

 senyum2 tuh paham ke nak oii?

 dah penat duduk, bersandar pulak

 dan inilah cara terbaik nak suap dia makan. memang menganga jer bila sua sudu kat mulut. pastu telan. takde tumpah2 punyer...tapi jangan bersulam ngan air dulu...dah habis baru bagi air...confirm licin mangkuk!

Ariana at Genius Aulad

Ariana dah pun mula sekolah main2 at Genius Aulad since March. Her class begin at 9.30am every Saturday. 1st day tuh memang kelam kabut giler. yelah, selalunya kitorang bergolek2 atas katil sampai perut lapar. then alan would go buy breakfast and i will masak air, buat air, kemas2 apa2 yg patut while waiting yana n mikhail wake up. but that day alan pulak ada sekolah ganti. akula yang kelam kelibut nak kejut yana. siapkan dia. make sure we brought everything we need. when i said everything, i mean EVERYTHING. biasala. anak pegi sekolah pertama kali, taktau nak expect apa. so dari pampers, susu, air minum, tit bits, wipes, alatulis segala tok nek aku bawak. sebelum tuh kena hantar plak mikhail ke rumah bs. camna aku nak handle dua2 sensorang kan.

aku registerkan ariana nih bukan pasal aku nak kejar akademik sangat. aku taknak push dia takut dia jemu tapi lebih kepada nak dia belajar bergaul dengan rakan sebaya. selama nih yang ada kat rumah bs tuh paling kecik pun kazen aku yang tingkatan 1. jadi bila ada adik, dia tak tau camna nak main sama2. semua dia nak dia jer. bila dia jumpa yang sebaya, dari melompat terjoget2 jadi kaku. dari mulut becok pok pek pok pek jadi kelu. bila teacher buat gaya dia tegak je. taknak ikut pun. tapi artwork dia suka. hbs 1st class tuh dia siap cakap "mummy nanti yana nak ikut pegi buat apple lagi ye"...hehehe...dia "ikut" aku tau...bukan aku ikut dia...sapa yang sekolah sebenarnya nih? okla sekolah nih. dia ajar yang basic. basic mengira, alphabet, alifbata, doa, adab like salam, wash hands, say thank you...bolehlaa...

memula aku macam frust biler yana taknak ikut apa cikgu buat. kaku tegak jer...puas aku pujuk, tak jalan...bila dah lagu last barula ada pergerakan itupun small movement...aku pun culture shock gakla...lagu2 tuh bukan yang biasa kita dengar.. mana der twinkle2 baba black sheep dah...pastu tengokkan parents2 lain yang bersemangat waja ikut padahal anak2 diorang buat dek jer...yang bawak baby kecik skali pun ada...ada gak bebudak yang hyper duk terjerit2, yang menangis, yang berjoget...macam2 perangaila...oh, 1 perangai ariana nih dia suka observe. so, kalau ada baby ke budak menangis/melompat/menjerit/berlari/apa2 sajalah, dia jadi leka...leka menengok karenah orang...ikut akulerr tuh...dengan aku2 skali melopong tengok gelagat orang...hehehe

so masa second class, aku lebih banyak rekod video dari amik gambar. aku pun nak belajar apa yang teacher dia ajar so that aku boleh ajar dia kat rumah.

 masa minggu nih alan duk rumah jaga mikhail. tengok yana macam tak bersemangat jer (she's a daddy's girl) the week after that alan ikut. so hangkutlerr semua skali. dengan mikhail2 kena mandi awal, ikut gi sekolah.

 muka pun nampak ceria sikit. ni minggu ke3. buat C for Caterpillar (kat tangan dia tuh) gambar tak banyak coz nak melayan mikhail sama.

 mikhail pun dapat learn something kan...pukul 10 jer dah cranky nak tido balik...

after class, memang ni lah favourite dia...ada gak bebudak yang tgh class duk main slide nih...a bit mengganggula bagi yang nak belajar. parentsnyer boleh nengok jer sambil melambai2...hmmm..

oh, bila aku nyanyi yana memang ikut...macam enjoy jer...and aku tak sangka dalam dia diam kat sekolah, masuk jugak kat otak dia...kengkadang aku buat2 lupa dia boleh sambung siap dengan gaya skali... Alhamdulillah, thats a positive result kan? so, i shall continue sampai habis penggal in October...pastu tengokla kalau tahun depan nak masukkan kindy nih or carik kindy lain ker...we'll see :)

Happy 32nd Birthday cikgu!!!

i went thru all my pictures and baru perasan this hasn't been up in my blog..its my dearest husband's birthday...well, katanya blog tempat menyimpan memori kannn..so, we backdated this entry wayyyy baaaaaack to 17th April 2013...(eventho today is 7th November 2013)

So on that day while i was in the office, i spontaneously apply for halfday leave and decided that i shud do something..hadiah alone is not enough..plus he's been very kind to me by helping with the housechores, taking care of the kids n all, why not i make this a special day for him..i googled how to make the simplest chicken chop and went to the garrett to buy popcorn (he likes junkfood so once a while overpriced garrett popcorn won't hurt, no?)

then i had to go home to take the car and went to buy some groceries for the dinner..so, pung pang pung pang, dinner's ready...i made fried chicken chop coz i don't have grill, brown sauce, baked potatoes, and steamed broccoli and baby carrots...i set the table with whatever i have...i found a set of champagne glass (not that we drink champagne but i dunno the name so yeah...) in our cabinet full of unused wedding present..but the glass mostly are not perfect.. i mean the glass senget benget...seriously? those people who did the glass had the heart to even sell those? isyh3...no table mat? fancy cushion cover will do...hehehe... so i set everything including candles and start counting the minutes... he'll be back around 6.45pm...so, i switched off the lights, and waited patiently...kipas pun tutup so that the lit candles wont padam..

and then...well, as a person who watched too many drama, his reaction just didnt up to my par...the 1st word he said was "alaa, nape tak bagitau..alan dah kenyang makan nasi goreng petang tadi" pffttt...well darling, if i told you it wont be a surpriselaa sayangggg...jenuhla dia pujuk sampai sakit2 perut terlebih makan...or maybe dia buat2 sakit sebab nak pujuk? hmmm...i've known him for 14 years now...i shud have know better not to surprise him..memang tak pernah menjadi...except that one time when i went to melaka...pakat ngan adik beradik dia...itupun jenuh sorang kena tahan dia dari keluar ke mana2...its like "surprise + alan = kecewa coz it wont succeed..." huhuhu...since that day i promise i wont bother about doing anything for his birthday anymore...(now i remember why i didnt post about this dulu...sebab frust menonggeng...hehehe) but being me, mana boleh...mesti nanti nak jugak buat something...i kan jenis yang hopeless-romantic kinda person...cuma tulaa, maybe next time i shud train myself not to expect too much...
