30 Days Blog Challenge - Day 6 : apa yang anda makan hari ini and resepi chocolate brownies


Assalamualaikum :)

kita skip 30 Days Blog Challenge - Day 5 : 3 perkara yang ingin katakan kepada bekas kekasih...sebab dah tak relevan...takde sebab nak cakap apa2 sebab tak keep in touch and masing pun dah carry on with life masing2...hopefully semua pun happy...

as at now dah 11.20am...sibuk sket ngan keje and blog sampai lupa nak breakfast...dahlaa malam tadi makan burger separuh jer...alang2 kang makan lunch jelaa terus...tapau kat kantin jer...so, takyah tunjuklaa eh...biasa2 jer...kita tunjuk gambar ni jelaa...masa nak g amik tokcik kat klang, dah kuarkan baju baru perasan ada tema...putih-biru-pink..hehehe...


janji datang lepas zohor tapi taknaklaa menyusahkan diorang nak prepare lunch ke apa so kitorang singgah kedai makan area rmh dia...masa tuh pun dah pukul 2pm++ and mikhail plak tido while bergayut...cuma cikgu and yana jelaa gi makan...mujur ada bawak bekal chocolate brownies yang kitorang buat a day before





ok jer...bolehlaa buat lapik perut...kat rmh wancu amik nasi nak suap mikhail, kita suap mulut kita skali...hehehe

ok, dah alang2 nih mehlaa aku share resepi chocolate brownies nih...resepi senang takyah guna mixer...aku gabung 2 resepi dari joy of baking and dari blog mama tiamia sebab kadang aku tak reti nak tengok sukatan cup/ounce kalau bukan liquid...

Chewy Gooey Chocolate Brownies :

bahan2 :

113g butter
150g semi sweet baking chocolate - chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 grade A eggs
1 cup chopped walnut and chocolate chip (optional. aku pakai 1/2 cup walnut jer)

ok, cara2 nih aku copy paste jer dari joy of baking sebab dia suka convert sesiap...senang untuk orang macam aku nih...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place the rack in the center of the oven. 

Butter (or spray with a nonstick cooking spray) an 8 inch (20 cm) square pan, and line the bottom of the pan with parchment or wax paper.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a large stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water.

Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and sugar .

Next, whisk in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Finally, stir in the flour, salt and chocolate chips (if using).

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a little batter and a few moist clumps clinging to it.

Do not overbake. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Serve at room temperature or chilled.



aku punyer kat tgh2 dia macam cair2 sket...tapi d next day, itulaa yang sedap sebab dia dah dry a bit and still moist...makan pepanas sedap, makan ngan aiskrim pun sedap...


budak nih laa yang paling seronok sebab dapat tolong mummy godek2...
