cuti kemenangan : pleasure or disaster?

semalam malaysia menang...wooohooo..tak tengok pun coz at that time tengah menggoreng beefballs for dinner. takmo makan nasi. alan beli roti then i made scramble eggs. makan ngan sos...nyam nyam ala ka nyam... tapi masa gol tuh leh dengar orang2 kat blok blakang jerit...terus aku hegeh ke depan nak tengok ulangan gol...huuu...cantik...then this morning lak masa tgh siap nak g keje alan kata PM announced besok public holiday...the 1st thought is, boleh ker? my work depends on due date...menghandle 1001 kampeni melibatkan 1001 due date...n mostly due date diorang are end of the month...so, elok2 jer aku plan keje aku 3 hari keluar payment cun2 on 31st, aku terpaksa rombak balik kelam kabut buat urgent to settle in 2 days...payment kena jugak keluar harini!!! then my husband have this standard 1 orientation at his school tomorrow...then how? dah tak sempat sangat nak bagitau parents to postpone or reschedule...lagipun tomorrow IS the end of the year, bila lagi nak buat? takleh cancel rasanya...then my fren's husband work in a car servicing company...pun macam serba salah...customer dah book service keta besok, camna nak cancel? staff pulak tak nak keje besok...so how? the HR discussing about to double paid the staff to "pujuk" them to work on public holiday...but ada ke yang nak? seriously, i think only half of employee in Malaysia that will enjoy the benefit of the surprise public holiday...as for the rest, tomorrow IS the last day of the year and most company are depending on this day to do account reconcilation, financial year end, bla bla bla so i don't think they will be happy...yelaa, macamana nak happy when u have to work on public holiday? tak ke menyusahkan namanya tuh? salah sapa? i think next time (ada ke next time?) those people shud give a heads up before announcing public holiday...contohnya "kalau malaysia menang, kita cuti on friday ye..." so that these company could prepare whatever they need to do so that it won't affect the business...business menjana pendapatan negara gak kan? hmmmppphhh...dah2, takleh cakap lebih2...sensitip... as for me, my urgent work harini semua sudah settle...luckily the applications is not that much...dah setel pun...petang kang suh budak despatch hantar, SETTLE! but i don't think we are going anywhere tomorrow coz most probably alan will have to go for the orientation. or maybe i could ask zana to accompany me to the curve besok...tetiba macam teringin nak g flea market kat sana...we'll see...
